This home offers spacious interior & exterior relaxing & entertaining spaces with a surround-sound music system, modern fully-equipped kitchen & two view-blessed bedrooms with bathrooms.
The heated saltwater lap pool invites morning swims, mid-day dips & evening relaxation!
Local bush-walks can be accessed adjacent the property & it's just a 3min walk to Fossil Ridge Winery & Cafe! For shopping & great local dining, the centre of Richmond is a just a 3min drive & Nelson CBD can be reached in under 20min.
**Special conditions and notes**:
- No parties, no venue use, no pets, no smoking, no guests that do not form part of the booking.
- Swimming pool - This pool is solar heated. Solar heating is generally effective in Nelson-Tasman between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. Water temperature will of course be subject to actual weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the solar system is ineffective and will not be operated. Cold water swimming will of course be possible - please let us know if you intend to swim during this time and we'll have the pool serviced prior to your arrival.
- No shoes please - This is a shoe free home.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

105 Hart Road
This property offers commanding 180 degree views from the mountains to the estuary. It’s location up the hill means it always has a cooling breeze. We loved watching the parade of birds and wildlife strutting past the windows each morning early.
The home has a wonderful layout and is fully equipped for your use. The owners are quite handy in the garden as well so there are some lovely fruit trees and exotic plants throughout the yard.
