Room was clean but there were little pincher bugs in the shower. Parking was difficult with a tall truck/SUV. Staff was super nice.

Parking was well lit an convenient. Breakfast was nice with good coffee. One thing we did not care for is that the garage, elevator and all the way up to our floor smelled of weed. Someone had clearly been smoking in the garage and it went right into the elevator cab and up to the hotel with them. Very off putting and made us feel as if we were staying in a shady area. Additionally the tub faucet was leaking and would not shut off entirely, which could be heard dripping all night long.

I would not give above 3 stars just because the hotel parking deck below the hotel is not kept very safe. My car window was broken into and I had to find out the next morning after I checked out. It was disappointing.

My stay was excellent! The general manager, Patrick, was very polite and courteous as he assisted me with checkin and ensured I was familiar with how to navigate my stay. I felt safe. The room was comfy and clean, and I will stay there again when I am in town. The parking is very convenient for a city hotel.
