Very noisy on the 1st floor in the morning and people slamming their room doors. The bathroom tub is concaved and very dangerous and I'm not elderly. The room smells musky or some cigarette smoke getting in the room.

Holiday Inn Express was not clean. The staff were not friendly. The room was not cleaned daily. The elevator area smelled horrible. The room smelled horrible that we went out and bought air freshener that we continuously sprayed. The parking was scarce. We stood at the front desk waiting for assistance. We felt like we were bothering the staff if we needed to ask them anything. Very disappointing.

Do not book here! Power went out while we were at the hotel. They gave us flashlights to see around. Some people had children with them and they didn’t even seem to care enough to fix the issue. A lot of the guest were arguing about receiving refunds and nothing was done. Horrible experience!!! Definitely will not be booking here again.
