The only big suprise is that some members of our party (self included) were CHARGED $10/night for parking? The Hilton app even shows "complimentary parking" on the app ?!?? The lady at the desk couldn't explain it either?

The front staff was wonderful and our room was fine but the maid stole my garmin watch. My word against hers but it was there when we left for my sons graduation from Army school. Came back 3 hours later to change and it was gone. Lock your items up if you plan to stay here because one of the maids has sticky fingers.

I was tired from work when I checked in. I was advised that they no longer had a pool nor did any of the rooms have tubs. Once i checked in the front desk attendant advised me that there actually were rooms that had tubs

No Swimming Pool at a Hilton Hotel!

When we stay at a Hilton property we expect a swimming pool. We had a child in our party who was extremely disappointed because they could not swim during the last major summer holiday of the year. We should be told if a swimming pool is not included. This was grossly unfair. Didn’t expect this from a hotel of this caliber.
