You enter the cottage into a spacious porch, which opens into a generous hallway at the heart of the home. From here, the living room is to the left, while to the right is the farmhouse-style kitchen, which flows through into the dining room—perfect for relaxed meals and social time together.
The staircase rises from the hallway to the first floor, where you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms—a king, a double, and a single—along with the family bathroom.

Getting there
• From A1: turn off at Scotch Corner to Richmond
• In Richmond take the A6108 and then B6270 to Low Row
• Travelling through the village and towards Gunnerside
• Continue on the same road to Low Row
• Travel through Low Row village until you see a brown tourist information sign for Hazel Brow Farm (not to be confused with the White Hazel Brow Cottage sign).
• The Hazel Brow Farm sign will direct you off the B6270 to the left. This turning is very sharp so you may wish to drive past this turning for a short distance to. a layby where you are able to turn around do you can drive straight down the lane.
• As soon as you are on the lane you shall see Swale View on your left.
• There is parking for up to 2 cars on the private road leading to Swale View.
Accessibility
Access to the cottage includes one small step at the entrance. Inside, there is a standard staircase with a sturdy handrail leading to the first floor.
The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, so guests will need to step in and out of the bath to use the shower. There is also a small step between the kitchen and dining room.
