Room was outdated, sink leaked, shwer curtain rod was barley holding on. Offered 4 channels all news or sports. No coffee or breakfast. Limited housekeeping. Although pet friendly the cost to have 2 pets was a bit high. I will say staff were friendly and the front desk did cut a break on pet fee, you could tell he was not happy to.

Bed sheets/sets could definitely be improved. Had cigarette burn holes in them & stains as well. Used tissue. Wall had stains. Definitely has a pest issue. No breakfast…only coffee. Staff (housekeeper) came to get dirty towels (never brought me clean ones) doesn’t really seem as advertised.

Some of the rooms had roaches. The room I was switched into had a broken shower rod and when informed front desk said they would send maintenance to fix it and it didn’t happen. Didn’t offer any accommodations for the inconvenience. Had to go and ask for tissue didn’t have an extra roll in the room. Blankets had ink stains on them thank God I bring my own bedding. Water leakage on the ceiling from room above.
