I want a refund for my stay and I want it now. I had to throw away clothes, I had to buy cream and bandages for my fiance because he was so eaten up with Bed bugs. I want my money back and I want it now. He was torn up with bugs that were in the bed and around both beds. My legs got eaten up. I have been trying to reach you for over a week and found this. This is Rebecca Eubank and I want my credit card refunded the amount I paid for the hotel, If I do not get it I will go on every site and complain and tell everyone what you have in your rooms. Cockroaches, bed bugs, dirt, disgusting bathrooms, roaches getting on your toothbrushes, lots and lots of bedbugs. My fiance was eated to death on arms, stomach, legs, back, his face was infected. I suggest you give me my money back or I will reveal all. And I mean today. For the weekk I stayed, not a night. I'm not kidding Im so furious.

My room had a roach infestacion. Also, the room heating was faulty turning on and off. No wander the room rates was so appealing to stay. In addition, arriving very tired from driving on the road 7 hours all what the body ask for is to rest until one wakes up and turn on the lights to see the roaches running for cover. Do not stay there rather is best to pay extra by staying in another known brand hotel with higher standards. Thank you.

Unfortunately there were bed bugs in room 2040 where I was staying for two nights. The shower knobs were broken and the bathtub faucet was dripping continuously.

The management was terrible. They rob me for $250. When I called him in the lie he started back cuddling and then when I ask who I speak to a manager above him, he told me he was the last boss and then when I asked for his name, he told me it was classified and hung up on me. I called back later and found out his first name was Keith simply because when I called back to ask to speak to management he picked up and said hello. This is Keith. How may I help you and I immediately recognized his voice and he hung up on me again when I asked what his last name still classified. The management is utterly rude and a joke piss poor customer service. I wonder if he would’ve spoke to me that way if we were face-to-face instead of over the phone

Very poorly maintained. Hot water went cold in shower after a few minutes. Friends stayed in two other rooms that had roaches and fruit flies in them. Smoke detector on table had to request a battery and install ourselves. Blanket with hair all over it. Requested another room was told hotel was full asked for another blanket was told they’d have to get from another room. Will not stay there again.
