Spacious, clean and convenient location

This was a secured apartment type unit that was bigger than I expected it to be. It was very clean. The host was nice and quick to respond. Very close to restaurants, freeways, and businesses. Big walk-in closet and washer/dryer. Would definitely stay there again.

Rough start but overall good stay

My boyfriend got to the property first and had an incredibly hard time following the check in instructions. He tried to call her with no answer but she did answer when I arrived and we called her together after trying to get into the building. When she clarified how to get into the building, all was good and the apartment was very clean and we had a great trip after that!

Owner canceled reservation at 5:30 PM on evening of check-in

Owner did not communicate with me until a message on VRBO at 5:30PM telling me that the apartment was not available. I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment. I did receive a full refund the next day but I can not understand why the owner did not cancel the reservation as soon as they knew that the apartment wasn't available.
