The hotel itself is a little dated and could use some sprucing up. However, for the price it’s definitely worth overlooking, especially since we booked with less than 24 hours notice. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole hotel, from the lobby up to the room smelled fresh and overall was clean and tidy. The sweet lady who checked us in was the best: kind, charismatic, and professional. I would definitely book again if in the area.

The staff was very professional. I loved the newly renovated room, spacious breakfast area. I couldn't believe the size of the large rooms. Love the balcony. For an older hotel, it was a very good stay. The hotel is maintained well, very clean. It's a great place for a good price. There is plenty of parking. Love the view of Southlake. The rooms on the first floor are great.

staff was excellent particularly the young lady at the front desk. Total disappointment to find out that this hotel is now charging for parking. They never did that before. It is just a plain old outside parking lot with plenty of spaces not covered or parking garage. Just gouging customers for extra fees like Las Vegas. Wont stay there again.

Great property. Easy to get to, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious enough with everything you will need. Beds and sheets are very comfortable! We all slept very well here. Our double queen room came with a pull out couch, perfect for our family of 5. Breakfast was nice, just enough hot options to be filling. Staff was welcoming and kind.
