Staff was not very accommodating As an essential shift worker, they wouldn’t accommodate a later check out and stated they had no rooms available to extend my stay due the storm. However I went on Expedia and booked another night to be able to stay the next night. They proceeded to say that they never saw the booking and that I needed to reach out to Expedia. I’m thankful for the representative that I spoke to at Expedia for calling the hotel and getting this rectified for me. I then had to speak with the front desk to ensure I wouldn’t have staff knowing on my door and waking me up, and I’m glad I did this as they didn’t link the new booking to my current. Very poor communication and not accommodating.

Things are just not kept up, toaster in the breakfast room, rather than just buying a new cheap toaster, they have two bread slots taped off so you don’t use that side. We had to change rooms, because the smoke alarm was beeping. Our cheap little microwave had a “replacement” glass turn table that didn’t fit for that microwave so made a bunch of noise, I checked it, and sure enough it wasn’t just not put in correctly. The room was not clean. No Shampoos. The staff were kind enough, They just aren’t investing in the place.

The staff was fine, slow check in. Breakfast was about on par with what you would expect. The floors in my room were sticky, fridge was filthy with giant chunk of ice frozen to freezer section, toilet dirty. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors say. The bypass door to connect the adjacent room was locked only by a turnable deadbolt, which can only be imagined in the same on the other side. This made it feel unsafe
