The staff was my best experience I met good people there that I will never forget and I will reach out to soon as far as the hotel itself it was out dated for the amount of money they charge upgrade needs to happen asap everything was in working condition no problems at all they will work with you if needed I will return there soon have your pens & papers ready lol luv u all….

The bathroom was smaller than the reg best western. And always have to ask for more face clothes when you rent a 2 bedroom and communicated there will be 4 people in the room but have to ask for 2more face clothes.

Hotel is so hidden and signless that it is invisible from main road. Had lots of trouble finding it. Room too crowded with furniture, some of it tattered or askew. Worst thing: The heating/AC system is extremely loud. Even when it is not in use, the noise from those in neighboring rooms is intrusive.
