toilet is too low. Not enough hand rails in the bathroom even handicap room, biscuit hard for 2 days, healthy menu, 2 nights heard someone snoring, radiator made noise in my room and my friend's room,room was clean, had to go to front desk for additional wash cloth, towels, toilet paper, no service for room, I guess I had to ask for room service at least to empty the garbage. Will not return.

I don’t usually write reviews and am not usually harsh in my feedback but this was probably the least clean hotel I have ever stayed in. There were dirty blinds, peeling wallpaper, rips in the wallpaper but the worst things were the dirty pillow cases and hairs in the bathroom. I’m glad we were only here one night as I would have left earlier otherwise. Had we not checked in late, I would have asked to move rooms. This was a shame as the staff were generally nice (except for the woman at breakfast that was rude). If things are ok and dated, that’s not a problem in a budget hotel but a lack of cleanliness is inexcusable.

1.Our check in was disappointing. We. Got in a little earlier than planned. Ask to check in, was told by front desk it would be about an hour. We waited in lobby. 10 minutes later someone walked in and was immediately checked in. We went to front desk and got checked in then. If someone else hadn't come in. We would have waited an hour in lobby. 2. Our room was nice, breakfast was sufficient. 3. We couldn't connect to wifi...said too many users. Went to front desk to make them aware. Clerk said no one else has complained. I said I was complaining. No response. We walked away without results.

Breakfast the first morning was good with many options. The second morning wasnt that great. The bathroom was very small and the AC wouldnt cool off the room below 75 degrees.

We had no hot water at all. We had been to a University of Richmond football game, where we got soaked wet in a thunderstorm. We were cold and wet by the time we arrived. We both wanted to take a hot shower. No hot water !!! That evening or the next morning.
