Not bad for a quick stay. The staff was fairly friendly and the parking wasn't an issue for me andy 8' trailer. Room was clean and presentable. And pricing wasn't bad for a last minute addition ($100+ for a king bed on a Sunday night). The only issues I had were - wifi was ass, could barely stream YouTube videos. - shampoo dispenser was empty - elevator was broken - toilet flush was violent, so it would splash on you anytime you flushed.

This property is in need of a good cleaning and upgrade. The front desk first sent us to a dirty room. When we finally got a room there was a huge black stain on the carpet, the room was very smelly, the paint is coming off the wall around the vents in the bathroom, the fan did not work probably because it was so clogged with dust. We will not choose to stay on a comfort in anytime in the near future. If you are looking for a place to stay in Fairfield, Utah, skip this place and save your money.
