A stone's throw from the Halles and the market square, and after going up the two floors (somewhat confusing), you will discover a very bright 65 m² apartment completely renovated.

It consists of two bedrooms of 12m², one with a "Nature" décor with a 160x200 bed and the other in a more contemporary "Ginko" atmosphere with two 90x200 beds.

You can enjoy a large living room opening onto a fully fitted open kitchen in industrial style which itself opens onto a large terrace of 10m² to enjoy a beautiful exterior very well exposed and quiet.

Vous cherchez une adresse ou séjourner pour visiter Richelieux , Rivau , Chinon et la région , n'hésitez pas , contactez Arnaud. Son appartement est un petit bijoux et son accueil est très efficace . Nous étions si bien dans cet appartement confortable malgré la canicule extérieure que nous avons ajouté une nuitée supplémentaire .... et sommes parti à regret.Encore merci Arnaud , ne changez rien.Chantal & Jean Yves

Unité lumineuse, très bien rénovée, 2 belles chambres, cuisine très agréable, extérieur parfaitement fonctionnel, dans la ville fortifiée à 2 pas des commerces et de la grand place. 30 min. en auto des châteaux. Excellent séjour de 5 j.
