Beautiful stone house of 220m², terrace-60m2 and 8 large rooms; House type «longère», privileged environment, landscaped land of 1400m², not overlooked. The cottage accepts 6 people (3 bedrooms) see 9 people (4 bedrooms), even 12 people (2 sofa beds located in common areas). Provision of 1 or 2 umbrella beds.
Children under 3 do not pay.

Bathroom: two bathrooms, one adjoining the ground floor bedroom plus a shower room ( on the ground floor-kitchen)
Three toilets
Ground floor: All the ground floor is through; the living space is bright and comfortable with several accesses to the garden, large living room with fireplace (open fireplace) TV and office area.
An independent dining room.
A dining kitchen with two accesses to the garden and the terrace (garden tables and chairs).
An outdoor kitchen with BBQ, terrace side.
The equipped kitchen, toaster, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, dishes etc....
A room with 130cm bed with shower, sink and toilet.
Floor: bedroom 1-bed King-size-160cm with TV; bedroom 2-bed 140cm and shower; bedroom 3- 2 beds (140 + 90cm)
1 common bathroom; separate toilet.
Landing: sofa bed-130cm; Billiard room: sofa bed (140cm)
Travelers will have access to the entire house as well as outdoor spaces.
Leisure in the garden: trampoline, ping pong, balls available; ball games; badminton; speedball pack (jokari on foot); bicycles available, plus the possibility of contacting the Re-bicycle of Richebourg.
Other remarks
The underfloor heating of the ground floor brings a lot of comfort in winter and the thickness of the stone walls offers a beautiful freshness in summer.
Our house offers large spaces and multiple possibilities to be more quiet.
Additional price: beyond the 6th person:18 €/person/night.
