Good waffles !

There were a lot of positives. But. We are in our 60s and there is no elevator. Didn't see that coming. Clean....comfortable....friendly.....HELPFUL....good breakfast. The waffles are very good for motel waffles. Real butter !

No one at checkin desk. Another customer had to go find a person to check us in. No shower curtain & shower not clean. They failed to bring a shower curtain to the room so i had to ho to the front desk to get & put in on myself.

The room conditioner leaked water into the room, so it always smelled in our room. The room was not clean when we first got into it hair in the bathroom everywhere the staff was very unfriendly. I asked for a printed receipt and they told me they could not do it.

I recently had knee replacement, there's no elevator to second floor, I asked for a first floor room but said they didn't have one. Didn't seem to care much unfortunately. Won't stay again!
