Two family villa built all on one floor, located in Via G. Berto 100 meters from the famous Capo Vaticano lighthouse. From the panoramic square a dirt path will lead you to the exclusive "praia i focu", total distance from the house to the beach is 350m.

By choosing this house you will enjoy a luxuriant garden with olive trees, lemon trees and fragrant flowers! You can relax on the deck chairs, hammock that you will find at your disposal.





Additional Conditions: Prices include water, electricity and gas consumption; The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, pillows, toilet paper; The linen service (bed and bathroom) is optional and is not included in the price. If requested on site, it costs Euro 12.5 per person for the entire stay or whenever requested. If you bring your own linen, no cost is incurred; A transfer service from/to the airport and from/to Tropea station is available upon request for a fee; On request, pets are allowed for an extra charge of 10 per day, or for stays longer than 7 nights, 50 per stay per pet; The villa is equipped with basic cookware, including a coffee maker.
