We have realized a dream in southern Italy and a house in a wonderful location to the sea individually and lovingly furnished.
It is on the one hand as the last house of Santa Domenica quiet and secluded, on the other hand, it is only three to five minutes walk to the center with all the shops, bars and restaurants.
One comes on foot over a brick staircase directly down to the sea (down about 8 minutes, up ...).

Otherwise you can in the immediate vicinity (2 km) by car directly to the beach down!

Both on the roof terrace with direct view to the Stromboli and in the large garden you can unwind - v. a. at the unforgettable sunsets.

The house has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, with the two larger ones facing the sea, so that you can enjoy this dream view from the bed.
In addition to the four bedrooms and the roof terrace, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large dining / living room, a cozy Verandazimmer and two bathrooms - one with bath, and one with shower!
Each room as well as the bathrooms is characterized by an individual touch and special design.
Since we have completely renovated the house only three years ago and a valued neighbor takes care of all the house matters, it is always in top condition.

Super Unterkunft. Alles, was man braucht ist, ist vorhanden.

Hier ist genug Platz für eine große Familie oder mehrere zusammen reisende Personen. Ein sehr schönes Domizil, absolut geeignet auch für mitreisende Kinder jeden Alters. Wir waren 5 Personen mit der Familie der Tochter samt deren Nachwuchs: Enkel 2 Jahre. Der Standort ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Kalabrien als Wanderlustige oder/und Badelustige zu erkunden. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil, um den Aktionsradius auf ganz Kalabrien ausdehnen oder an die Ausgangspunkte der Wanderwege gelangen zu können. Wöllte man einen reinen Strandurlaub oder wäre man ausschließlich zu Fuß unterwegs, hätte man selbst dann mehrere beste Möglichkeiten, für im Vergleich zu sonstigen Italien-Erfahrungen, relativ menschenleere und ausgedehnte Strände zu besuchen und es sich ansonsten im angenehmen Ambiente des Ferienhauses so richtig gut gehen zu lassen. Mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bäckerladen für das Frühstück, Eisdiele ist das ebenso: alles ist in mehr als genügender Anzahl und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ferienunterkunft in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar im Ort vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Alles war, wie beschrieben und auch Dank zweckdienlicher Hinweise funktional, modern, wohnlich, sehr angenehm. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sichergestellt. Für alle, die nicht freiwillig darauf verzichten wollen und normaler Weise in Italien das nicht gewöhnt sind: das Internet funktioniert hier perfekt per WLAN im Haus und via 3G in der Umgebung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die sonstigen äußeren Bedingungen waren unserer Meinung nach optimal, hier einen perfekt entspannten Urlaub verbringen zu können. Neben vielen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung Kalabriens kann man es sich auch wunderbar gut gehen lassen, wenn man das liebevoll ausgestattete Anwesen mal nicht verlässt, die Sonnenliegen auf der Dachterrasse benutzt oder dort abends beim Blick auf den Stromboli ein paar kalabrische oder sizilianische Weine verkostet.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Lage direkt am Meer. Die Sonneuntergänge, die man von der Terasse aus sieht, sind einfach unbeschreiblich. Das Haus an sich bietet alles was man braucht: großzügige Zimmer, ein schöner Wintergarten (obwohl dieser im Sommer wohl wenig genutzt wird ;-) eine Küche mit allem drum und dran und ein schöner, großer Garten - Kurzum: wir waren vollstes Zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes, großzügiges Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir haben mit Kind eine Woche im Frühling in Santa Domenico verbracht. Das Wetter war leider nicht immer perfekt, aber das Haus bietet genügend Platz zum Lego und anderes zu spielen. Wir haben den schönen Ausblick von Terrasse, Dachterrasse und aus den Fenstern sehr genossen. Insbesondere unser Sohn war vom Stromboli sehr beeindruckt, wenn direkt daneben die Sonne im Meer versinkt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. In der näheren Umgebung des Hauses lässt sich sehr guter Espresso genießen, dazu Leckereien aus der Pasticceria und natürlich Eis. Unsere Ferien haben wir sehr genossen, bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder nach Kalabrien! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und schnell.
