    Villa Mimosa is located in the magnificent Costa degli Dei, in Capo Vaticano - Santa Maria. The nearest beach is 2 km away. Despite being in a quiet area, it is 2 km from the sea and 500m from services, 10 minutes from Tropea. It is suitable for those who want to spend a holiday away from noise and traffic; a place where you can relax, overlooking the sea and the Strait of Messina and enjoy the view and the garden. Children can play freely, and safely (the property is all fenced) on the playground or in the pool. Villa Mimosa has several comforts: SWIMMING POOL (7.5x4m from June to September shared with the guests of the two-family villa), AIR CONDITIONING, FREE WIFI INTERNET, SAT TV, MOSQUITO NETS, BARBECUE, WASHING MACHINE, 2 'OUTDOOR SHOWER, COVERED PARKING, PLAYGROUND CHILDREN. Villa Mimosa is a detached single-family house on the ground floor, surrounded by a 1000sqm private garden. Composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom (with two single beds or one double) and sofa bed. Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, crockery, glasses, blender, toaster, etc.) with table and chairs, bath tub and shower cubicle.     Una splendida vacanza : relax e tranquillità

    Abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza nell'appartamento girasole. Che dire... Siamo stati benissimo; Villa Mimosa è immersa in un oasi di pace e tranquillità, gli unici suoni che si percepiscono sono quelli della natura. Stendersi all'ombra degli ulivi in un bellissimo prato verde, svegliarsi con il verso degli uccellini e addormentarsi con il suono dei grilli... Il relax è davvero assicurato. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento ben pulito e arredato con gusto. Giardino splendido, molto curato. Piscina pulita e spaziosa; la abbiamo utilizzata ed è stato davvero piacevole. Molto comoda anche la doccia esterna. Le più belle spiagge sono a pochi minuti di macchina e la sera è possibile andare a mangiare un gelato a Tropea in circa 20 minuti di auto. La signora Fulvia, sin dalle prime e-mail si è mostrata sempre disponibile e molto garbata. Ci è stata regalata anche una bottiglia di olio extravergine di oliva di loro produzione ... Molto buono e delicato. Nel complesso una splendida vacanza; consigliamo a tutti Villa mimosa. Grazie Fulvia, è stato davvero un piacere essere vostri ospiti. A presto! Giada e Salvatore
