The apartment is located in a villa with four units, being on the first floor you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view. It has two well furnished bedrooms, plus there is a small attic to be used in case of an additional single bed. Living room with flat screen TV - equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi connection. Veranda with sun awning. For your staying we provide: bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils and toiletries. There is a big courtyard where you can park your car or let play your pets. You will meet our friendly and well-behaved dog that lives free in the garden (if you have any special request, contact us directly). You can use the bbq area, the wood fired oven and the outdoor furniture. The area is completely fenced and accessible by electric gate. The nearest beach, Santa Maria di Ricadi is about 350 meters from the accommodation, which can also be reached by foot (downhill / climb walk). Sensational walks await you, with their seas breeze and amazing panoramas. Also, the accommodation is about 12 Km from Tropea which is which is a must tourist destination.
