Situated between the charming seaside area of Seccagrande Marina, a beach resort in Ribera, – Ag, a town overlooking the Mediterranean and a very popular summer resort offering many amenities and a beautiful boardwalk lined with numerous establishments, where you can take walks and enjoy excellent artisanal gelato or local cuisine, and the seaside resort of Borgobonsignore, just a few hundred meters from the house, with its 5 km of pristine beach. The area surrounding Borgobonsignore offers stunning views thanks to its proximity to the mouth of the Platani River, a true protected oasis where you can go birdwatching, The reserve features forests of tall trees, with trails winding through the area—ideal for long walks enjoyed by hiking enthusiasts. Nearby (just 10 km away), don’t miss the other nature reserve protected by the WWF: Torre Salsa, a true corner of paradise. From the house, you can admire the entire stretch of coastline, including Capo Bianco, Eraclea Minoa, and the little corner of paradise known as Pietre Cadute—a rocky beach with crystal-clear waters no more than 700–800 meters from the house.
