I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. But this is normal in Brazil people don’t have a sense of self respect and they act like they don’t care. After I living out of Brazil more than 30 years I was disappointed that nothing has changed no matter what they do and one employee can make all the others look terrible. All they care is charging every thing even if you breathe. No courtesy and nothing special about this place .

Estava tudo médio, mas O café da manhã ficou a desejar. Foi servido para nós sem perguntar o que a gente queria. O café era de máquina. Sem fruta e só serviram pão francês - nos comemos integral. Nem ofereceram ovos, suco, etc. Mesmo em tempos de pandemia, outros hotéis batem de 10 a 0 no Transamerica.

Nos colocaram hospedados em um quarto adaptado para pessoas com deficiência, com uma cama extremamente baixa. No banheiro não havia box, e o chuveiro alagava todo o ambiente durante o banho. Não reclamamos no momento porque estávamos com pressa para ir ao evento. Além disso, passamos aproximadamente 50 minutos na fila do check-in. No café da manhã, a experiência foi bem complicada: o hotel não estava preparado para receber tantas pessoas. As comidas acabavam rapidamente e demoravam para ser repostas, causando filas e espera. Também faltavam copos e pratos para todos os hóspedes. Essa parte do café da manhã foi muito desagradável. Como era apenas uma noite, decidimos relevar a situação. Já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel, e sempre foi uma boa experiência, mas desta vez saí decepcionada. Acredito que o hotel já foi muito melhor; hoje em dia não mantém o mesmo padrão. Sem contar o valor abusivo cobrado por uma cerveja long neck: R$ 25,00.
