It was the second time I stayed in this hotel, but this time the check-in process was slow. The receptionist does not seem to be enjoying his job. Also, for a room with 3-4 people, leaving a half-used toilet paper seemed like a lack of attention.

Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long

Café da manhã estava bom, ovo mexido e pão de queijo bem gostoso. Equipe de atendimento foi muito atenciosa e prestativa mas algumas comodidades não puderam ser atendidas por falta de material disponível. Travesseiros do nosso apartamento estavam muito finos e a fibra parecia toda embolada. Toalhas de banho danificadas pelo tempo....nao tinha toalha de piso no banheiro e ao sair do banho fica com o piso todo molhado e escorregadio, sem sabonete....elevadores bastante barulhentos. Mas foi somente uma noite então não tivemos tempo de registrar as ocorrências mas fica o registro para que os administradores possam acompanhar melhor a operação do hotel.

Infelizmente tive alguns contratempos na acomodação. Tive q trocar de quarto, cama quebrada, tivemos q nos separar, meu marido ficou em um e tive q ficar com minha mae em outro , mae idosa. Neste quarto haviam 2 lâmpadas queimadas, controle da tv nao funcionava e o interface tbem nao funcionava, p ligar p recepção tive q pedir p meu marido ligar do quarto dele. Acredito q deveriam verificar com mais cuidado se td está funcionando antes de acomodar os hóspedes.
