Pouca quantidade de produtos para toalete, quando solicitado, ainda fazem "cara de quem não gostou". No café da manhã , corram para pegar as coisas quando o relógio bate 10h, pois eles avisam que vão retirar e retiram mesmo. Mesmo que você já esteja no restaurante, corre o risco de não comer o que deseja, pois logo será retirado. Por fim, pedi para sair às 14h, o que foi prontamente negado. Me ofereceram uma "cortesia" de 30 minutos para check-out....quanta cortesia.....para um hotel 4 estrelas, falta um pouco..... Araucária Plaza, nunca mais.

Não tinha água quente para o banho. Funcionários despreparados para responder à necessidade. Um, ofereceu um quarto não higienizado que tinha água quente. A funcionária no checkout não perguntou como foi a estadia e quando relatei o problema só afirmou que o boiler estava com problemas. Nem um pedido de desculpas. Vergonhoso como trataram o assunto.

This is a very nice property with a few real inconveniences in the rooms themselves: there is no coffee machine or water heater to make hot beverages (rather unusual for a "4-star" hotel; neither are tissues provided in rooms. The breakfast is quite good; the front desk staff is excellent. The property is within walking distance of Parque Prefeito Luis Roberto Jabali, with fine trails and good birding (which I enjoyed immensely). The Italian restaurant across the street is among the finest I have encountered---an added benefit to staying here.

Escogí el hotel por cercanía al estadio Santa Cruz (Arena Eurobike). Habitación amplia, limpia y agradable. Buena cama y ducha. Desayuno sumamente bueno!! Personal es muy amable. Sólo el check-in es muy lento porque, según me explicaron, el sistema está configurado sólo para brasileños y eso hace muy larga el registro de pasajeros extranjeros.
