This family house benefiting from a sea view is located in a quiet housing group 1.5 km from shops.
4-room house of approximately 95 m2 with landscaped garden and complete garden furniture.
On the ground floor:
Living room / dining room with television and (decorative) fireplace opening onto a south-facing terrace. Rustic interior.
Kitchen with ceramic hob (4 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, double-door refrigerator of 285l, freezer of 90l, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle, teapot and tableware for maximum 12 place settings.
Wet room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
