The rooms were amazing and the staff were so friendly. Five mins away from the beach and arcades and lovely dog friendly cafes all around. The site was very dog friendly and had lots of entertainment for adults and kids.

Why book a hotel? We cooked our own food and enjoyed the footpath both ways to Rhyl and Abergele. We will definitely be back! (One point for the owner, get a shower head that fits the holder)

Caravan was clean and had lovely big duvets on the beds. We had comfort van and it was very spacious. Kitchen adequately equipped for our needs. We had no fuss or interaction with any other travellers bar polite ‘hellos’ in passing. Lots of the vans were privately owned and you could see the care and pride taken. Didn’t use any facilities as we came for a quiet get away.

Caravan was spotless a nice caravan. The young kids entertainment was good staff worked hard well done my grandchildren loved it. My only criticism was the bar didn't open till 12 and my family adults like a coffee. It's a shame that there isn't an area or coffee space for this purpose.

Nice place, very clean overall. Had a few hiccups, lady at the desk kept getting the numbers 6 and 9 mixed up and sent us with the wrong key and then sent staff to the wrong caravan. The cot was not already in the caravan, had to ring up to get it, was delivered but smelt of smoke and was broken and had to take it back. A staff member caught us halfway to the reception and kindly took it and got us a brand new one. Overall the customer service is top notch and everyone was very friendly and helpful to fix these mistakes. The on-site bar and restaurant is really expensive with small portions, it has a onsite fish and Chips which is a more affordable option and very tasty. Although the Pollock fillets had bones in them. Will come back again, very nice place xx

Caravan was in a great spot facing everything, caravan was cosy enough, there were quite a few crumbs all over the floor and cobwebs on the windows but apart from that everything was fine for us . The staff at reception are very helpful and friendly too , I would 100% come again

Wales makes for a great holiday location

It was a great holiday. There was something for everyone. The app provided also made finding info and booking real easy. The caravan was super nice. The locals were also all very kind and hospitable. Will definitely be coming again.
