Hotel was damp

The hotel was damp with black mould on the wall. Fortunately the hotel seemed to accept this and allowed me to leave with a refund. Hotels.com were wonderful and upgraded my stay with no further cost to me and even provided me with transportation by refund for taxi to my new upgraded accommodation.

the service was bad. the pictures of the hotel do not correspond to reality. the hotel does not have the promised kettles etc. the room hears noise from the corridor. cleaning every other day, no cleaning supplies in the room. the last night without a blanket and towels when new ones had not been brought and the reception was already closed when we noticed it. a bad experience, if the service had been even tolerable, the other shortcomings would not have affected it.
