Also, the villa is quite close from the cleanest beach of the island, Afantou beach, in an only 5 minute drive. Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa is arranged in 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 double bedded rooms and one with twin beds. Also, there are 2 single sofa beds in the living room. All bedrooms have balconies and offer panoramic views. In the master bedroom there is a bathroom that features hydromassage. There are 3 bathrooms in total as well as a shower. Villa features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and satellite channels. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens for any meal preparation accompanied from the dining areas. There are some extra amenities and luxuries such as the gym with a sauna and a shower, the Jacuzzi with the great view to the swimming pool. The villas outdoor spaces feature a large private swimming pool with sunbeds, a pavilion offering BBQ facilities with outdoor dining area, everything surrounded by the eye pleasing gardens where you can relax and enjoy the perfect summer days of Rhodes.

The villa is also close to some of the best beaches of the island in close proximity to Afantou beach. You can also find the golf course of the island. Along this beautiful beach visitors can find coffee shops and bars serving cold drinks, as well as restaurants serving fish and traditional food. The villa is also close to the best beach of the island Tsampika only a 15 minute drive. This beach stretches over 1 km and combines soft, golden sand with crystal clear and shallow waters. Fantastic spacious property in a very private location about half way between Rhodes and Lindos. The house is split with each fllor linked via an external staircase which worked for us. The pool was a huge hit, and it was amazing to have the option of gym, hot-tub, and steam -room. An ideal house for a relaxing family get-away.

Great service from booking, to arrival, to departure Lovely Villa great pool , immaculate inside Location requires a car but then it’s 5 mins into Afantou for bars , restaurants and other bits Supermarket 5 mins away and places like Lindos and Rhodes Town were 30-40 mins drive

a fantastic villa

We took our family to include two grandchildren (2.5 and 5 yeas old) and we all had a fabulous time. The children particularly enjoyed the pool and play area. The bbq area was perfect. Wonderful space both in and around the villa for play and/or quiet times. Easily accessible to the Village but a car is recommended. The owner was extremely helpful and his mother's "welcome" cake was capable of winning the bake off! We would have no hesitation in going back and indeed would hope to do so. Hier ist alles super!

Grundsätzlich war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool wird jede Nacht gesäubert (davon bekommt man nichts mit). Es gibt zwei große Kühlschränke. Es gibt genug Hand- und Badetücher zum Duschen oder für den Pool. Lediglich ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien hätten es sein können. Die Villa ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Prachtig mooie villa met zwembad

Mooie villa centraal gelegen op het eiland. Met eigen welness waaronder zwembad, jacuzzi, stoomcabine en gymzaal. Bij aankomst was George er om ons alles te laten zien en hoe alles werkt. Perfecte service, schoon en netjes. Aan alles was gedacht zelfs boodschappen voor de eerste dag super! We komen vast nog een keer terug.

Spacious house, amazing pool area

What a wonderful week we had staying at this house! We were 2 families, each with 2 kids, age from 2 to 7. Very spacious, with main kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and second kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor, in addition to fitness room, jacuzzi etc. Well equipped main kitchen, all towels and pool towels were provided, and we really appreciated that the basics - dishwasher/washing mashine tabs, toilet paper etc etc were provided, and enough for the whole stay. The pool area was just perfect, kids did not want to stay long out on the beaches, it was always highlight of the day to come back to the house and jump in the pool. :) The barbecue area was great too, but we used it only once since we discovered that some local restaurants do the food delivery - perfect for us and those who do not want to spend their holiday time making dinner every day :) We ordered from Four Seasons Afandou several times. We thought we would eat more by the pool area, but the main kitchen was on the 1st floor - not a problem really, we used the table on the terrace outside the entrance upstairs, and it worked very well, both for breakfast and dinner. Just different from expectations since this is not easy to see from the pictures.. Distance to famous beaches was not hassle at all, Afandou beach is in walking distance (very nice and quiet beach), Anthony Quinn Bay 10 minutes by car, Faliraki just a little bit further, Rhodes town under 30 minutes, Tsambika beach maybe 15-20 minutes, Beach of Lindos 30-40 minutes. Ants come for free with probably every house rental we did before, just try to keep them out by not leaving any food / bread crumbs / fruit etc.. behind in the kitchen, on the tables or outside on the ground.
