Almost living directly on the beach, Villa Kiotari has a superb location just 100 metres from the sandy and shingle shores of Kiotari Beach. A 10 minute walk along the coast will take you to the main part of the beach, with a selection of seafront Greek Tavernas plus a fantastic watersports centre. This spacious 3 bedroom villa has beautiful sea views from the private pool and first floor bedrooms. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Set just 100 metres from an uncommercialised area of Kiotari Beach, Villa Kiotari is the perfect choice for a relaxing break. Wander out of the gate and down the path to the beach, where you can enjoy a morning stroll on the sand and shingle shores. 10 minutes walk will take you to a livelier part of the beach, with sunbeds to hire and a few tavernas with lovely views and delicious food. You’ll also find the watersports centre, offering everything from banana boats to jet skis. Kiotari centre, 20 minutes’ walk away, is home to a small selection of souvenir shops, a mini market, a butcher and pharmacy. For more dining options, the villages of Gennadi and Lardos are within easy driving distance.
