The ground floor presents a cosy living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a welcoming bedroom, all designed for your utmost comfort. Ascend to the first floor to find two additional ensuite bedrooms, each boasting a private balcony and Smart TV for a touch of modern comfort. For an experience of pure bliss, secure the bedroom featuring a Hot tub on the balcony terrace, and elevate your holiday to new heights of indulgence.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The pool area is reasonably flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. There is a raised sun lounger spot at the back of the pool. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 80cm, whilst the ensuite shower room door is 68cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
