I realize it’s part of the architecture. However, it was so frustrating having to constantly switch elevators from our room to the pool and to get to our car. Also, those are som of the slowest elevators we’ve ever experienced. The pool is Amazing! We enjoyed having access to shade at all times. The fresh mint, oregano, hot lips sage, and basil made the pool area pleasantly aromatic and calming. Having the pomegranate trees and grapes growing on the property was also sweet to see when one is trying to relax. Thank you for all the details in those areas. And you have the best breakfast buffet ! It was a highlight of starting each day!

2 week holiday in August for family holiday. Great location for exploring the island and Rhodes Old town. Taxi service from hotel is hit and miss, would suggest maybe hotel providing shuttle bus to the Old Town

We had a wonderful time, we just hadn’t realised we would be on the windy side of the island… very very windy. Food options in the hotel were pretty pricey and the local restaurant options didn’t look that appealing. The beach is grit rather than sand… but I’m being harsh - we genuinely had a wonderful time

Perfect location for some R &R. Spectacular scenic view. Choice of several pools and the beaches. Public bus to Rhodes Old Town, just out side the hotel makes transportation easy, several good restaurants with walking distance. Staff were very friendly, and buffet breakfast very tasty. Definitely would stay again if we were in Rhodes.

Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly in the hotel and round the pool. Bedrooms lovely with fabulous sea views. Breakfast had everything from fruit to cooked breakfast. Plenty of room round the pool and a private beach area when needing sea breeze. Restaurant menus very limited or would have had more meals in hotel but plenty of lovely local restaurants.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed at the Sheraton Rhodes in June 2025 on a leisure trip, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was perfectly quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and well-designed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and great coffee. The restaurant staff kept everything well-stocked and clean even during busy times. Facilities like the pool and gym were well-maintained and never overcrowded. I also loved relaxing in the lobby lounge in the evenings and the sunset is amazing! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend Sheraton Rhodes to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location.

Fabulous stay, hotel was immaculate and staff super friendly and helpful. Access to the beach was great with private beach close by. Breakfast was really good with lots on offer.

We stay 7 days at hotel…since very beginning everything looks ok…airport pick up an transfer to hotel…easy check in… Room was nice and big… We spent only 2 days at hotel pool and it was really nice and relaxing… Only comment about property is a rocky beach…which is a big disappointment for me… Highly recommend rent a car to use on island if you like to explore more and find sand beaches…. After all we had really nice experience
