Rhodes Island View are 4 fantastic brand-new properties designed in a unique architecture with unique Greek details. They are located in the heart of Ixia, only a 5-minute walk from the nearest incredible beach of Ixia. All of the properties have all comforts and sharing swimming pools and private heated jacuzzi in a minimalistic and simplistic design. Each property accommodates up to 4, or 6 guests. The Island View complex is a unique experience for every visitor! Inspired by the four symbols of the Island of Rhodes, the peacock, the deer, the butterfly and the hibiscus. It consists of four alike independent properties that all together make up a Rhodes neighborhood in a modern environment. Spacious bedrooms, with a private bathroom in each, minimal kitchens, comfortable living rooms and all provide a sea view which is located 100 meters from the complex. There are High-Tech jacuzzi in every accommodation that provides well -being and relaxation for your upcoming stay.
Elafi hosts
up to 4 guests. It has a beautiful airconditioned bedroom with a double bed in
a unique decoration overlooking the pool. Also, there is a bathroom with a
shower. Guests will find an open plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any
meal preparation accompanied by the seating area and the living room which has
a double sofa bed. Theres a smart TV and free WIFI access throughout the
property. Outdoors, theres a sharing swimming pool with sunbeds, and a seating
area where you can relax under the rays of the Aegean sun. You can spend your
time by your private jacuzzi This amazing property and the beautiful location

The property is located at a very convenient location where you can find Ixia Beach at walking distance. Also, nearby you will find everything you might need during your stay such as shops, pharmacies, restaurants, car rentals etc. The airport of Rhodes is found in less than a 20 minute drive. You should visit Old Town of Rhodes, only a 10 minute drive, which is considered the oldest inhabited medieval town in Europe. Another marvelous site worth visiting is Lindos Acropolis as well as Lindos idyllic beaches which are found at a driving distance of 50 minutes.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:

• From 01/11 to 31/03: 0.50€ per night
