Das Gästehaus liegt auf einer grossen Anlage (6000 qm) mit einem weiteren Haupthaus auf dem Berg von Pefkos mit Blick auf das weite Meer, die Küste und die Stadt Pefkos (2 Km von Lindos entfernt) . Das Gästehaus hat zu den Nachbarhäusern einen Abstand von jeweils ca. 100 Metern. Ein ruhiger Urlaub ist bestimmt vorhanden. Das Haus hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz, Coach und offener Küche/ Bar. Im Untergeschoss (absolut vorteilhaft wegen der Hitze und dem Schlafen) ist ein Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad/ Dusche und einem begehbaren Schrank. Desweiteren existieren 2 separate WC's (Mann/Frau) und ein Vorratsraum. Auf das vollständige eingezäunte und ummauerte Grundstück gelangt man über ein elektrisches Einfahrtstor bis vor die Haustüre.
Das Mainhaus (wird nicht vermietet) ist nochmal 60 Meter weiter weg. Zum Ort geht man ca. 10-15 Minuten mit seinen vielen Restaurants und Bars. Die Strände sind gleich angrenzenden an dem Ort. Vom Grundstück und dem Gästehaus hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne. Der Pool mit 2 grossen Terrassen ist ca. 7*4 Meter mit Gegenstromanlage gross und 1.20 Meter tief.
Beide Terrassen sind mit Meerblick und eine Terrasse ist uneinsehbar von 3 Seiten. Das Haus mit seiner Lage und umliegenden Gegend ist Baujahr 2022 und ein absoluter Traum für Einzelpersonen, Paare und kleine Familien.

This house is a gem. Despite being a relatively new house it is unique, spacious and has a great ambience with amazing views all the way down the south east coastline of Rhodes. The pool is lovely and just sitting watching the sunset was a treat. It is very handily located for exploring the island with easy trips to Lindos and Rhodes town if you have a car (or local bus which we didn’t use). There is a bakery, cafe and restaurant within easy walking distance and Pefkos is easily reachable on foot if you don’t mind hills. Communication with Michael was easy and attentive as was the check in process with Charlie. We would highly recommend this villa to others, it was so much more than the photos suggested. It is unusual for a one bedroom villa to have this much space. We were very sad to leave and would love to stay again if we are ever in the area. Thank you Michael for allowing us to have a taste of your special home.
