Perched in the enchanting Old Town, this stunning maisonette offers not only a blend of heritage and comfort but also a breathtaking roof terrace with panoramic views of the rooftops and the harbor.
This enchanting maisonette, originally built in 1300, has been meticulously restored to retain its historical charm while incorporating modern comforts. Nestled in the heart of the ‘Jewish Quarter,’ a vibrant neighborhood steeped in rich history, the house is just 50 meters from the Synagogue and 100 meters from Evreon Martion Square – an ideal spot for immersing yourself in local culture and heritage.
I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.

The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 2 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.

Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.

The Rooms

Please note: due to the steep staircase leading to the roof terrace, the house is not suitable for small children, but it makes for an ideal romantic retreat for couples or a peaceful getaway for solo travelers.

Super accueil de Claudia qui s'est rendue très disponible, nous a rendu de menus services, nous a donné de bons plans et a un réseau bien fourni (voiture de location, etc)! Maison charmante, très bien située, où il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Grande chambre très lumineuse et très agréable. Petite salle de bain, comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous avons peu utilisé la terrasse car il faisait trop chaud et les toits de la ville ne sont pas particulièrement jolis à regarder. Le balcon, par contre, est parfait pour 2!

exactement ce dont on révait !

Nous avons passé 12 jours, fin avril, dans cette maison pleine de charme, au cœur de la vieille ville de Rhodes. L'accueil a été très chaleureux, malgré l'heure tardive, du à l'horaire de notre atterrissage (minuit). Notre hôtesse a été charmante et chaleureuse, durant tout notre séjour. La maison est très ancienne et venait juste d'être ré-agencée. De la grande terrasse, où nous prenions tous les jours notre petit-déjeuner (et un petit bain de soleil, en prime...), nous pouvions voir les remparts et la mer, avec les montagnes de la Turquie à l'horizon. Le séjour et la chambre sont vastes et bien équipés. La chambre est très lumineuse. La salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée est petite, mais la douche est puissante et bien chaude. La connexion Internet est parfaite et d'un bon débit (~10 Mb en réception), la box étant au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons juste fait un seul voyage en bateau à Lindos (évitez le lundi, car le château de Lindos est fermé, malgré les affirmations du capitaine) et une journée dans l'île, qui est magnifique. Nous avons, pour cette sortie, loué une voiture à 500m de la maison (ALEXANDER RENT A CAR) pour 35€ tout compris. Le temps, à cette période, est très agréable (24° en moyenne, avec du soleil 11,5 jours sur 12). En résumé, une location parfaite pour pouvoir profiter le la ville et de l'île, en ayant l'impression d'en être des habitants. Nous nous sommes promis d'y retourner.

la casa era pulita vicina alla spiaggia un ringraziamento particolare a Claudia per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.Consiglierei sicuramente questa proprietà per una vacanza diversa dal solito albergo.
