We bought room as advertised with manned checking desk and breakfast included. both of which it didn't have, no where onsite that did food, we had our breakfast elsewhere. tried to contact Farkia Exclusive Studios, through Expedia and a contact number we found at the apartments, No reply from either. Luckily we had a local resident help us when we arrived, won't ever stay there again.

La struttura è carina e rinnovata di recente, la posizione molto buona, peccato che avevamo prenotato una camera con colazione, ma una volta arrivati abbiamo scoperto che non c'era la colazione ( non c'è una sala preposta) e nemmeno una reception a cui fare riferimento. Hanno solo un numero di telefono a cui non sempre rispondono e non si sono resi disponibili a risolvere il problema.

Un albergo grazioso ed un personale molto cortese.

L'albergo dista pochissimi Km dal centro di Faliraki e dalle spiagge più belle dell'isola, come la baia di Anthony Queen e Ladiko. La struttura è gestita da personale molto cordiale ed attento anche ai piccoli dettagli.La stanza era abbastanza grande, con terrazzo ed aria condizionata. Le pulizie venivano fatte tutti i giorni, tranne i festivi.Durante il soggiorno abbiamo usufruito di bici gratuitamente.

Sarebbe perfetto se non ci fossero gli scarafaggi

Siamo stati per 15 giorni in questi studios (giugno-luglio 2016) e per il prezzo davvero basso che abbiamo pagato sarebbe stato perfetto: vicinanza al centro di Faliraki pur rimanendo fuori dal caos, posizione ottima (sulla strada che collega Lindos a Rodi), stanza davvero carina con una piccola cucina e un balconcino dove fare colazione (unica pecca la doccia che allaga tutto ma in grecia non ho mai trovato diversamente), pulizie effettuate a giorni alterni con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, personale gentile. Avrei dato 4 stelline se non fosse che a metà vacanza sono comparsi gli scarafaggi ed i tentativi effettuati dal proprietario con il solo spray non sono bastati...mi dispiace perchè sono stati molto disponibili ma questo è un problema serio e che va risolto...ci siamo rovinati le ultime notti che abbiamo passato in agitazione di ritrovarcene uno nel letto.
