Pool area is very rundown. Depth of pool not listed anywhere. Breakfast was very limited and not refilled. Both days all three coffee pots were out of coffee! They’d wait for all coffee to run out before making new. Don’t realize there was a blackout shade the first night. Shower curtain stunk up the whole bathroom.

I would recommend that the owners or staff have longer shower curtains. My stay was in room 228 and the shower curtain would not stay in the tub area so water would go onto the floor, which I think as a maintenance thing would be a bad deal it’s fixable

Easy parking, clean room, reserved a king/given a queen suite. Would have preferred the king. Extremely small tub/shower toilet room. Had to request lotion and soap for the shower, none was initially provided. Would suggest pump containers of soap/shampoo/conditioners as most hotels provide. Staff was polite but not friendly. Free breakfast was just ok. Obviously nicely recently remodeled

Requested ground floor which was not communicated to front desk even tho we requested when we made reservation and when we did on line checkin. Kunjan Boss was very apologetic and helped us bring baggage to 2nd floor as we are both handicapped. He felt very bad about it but because the hotel was full could do nothing for us. TV did not work so he came to room and fixed for us. He was very pleasant and did his very best for us. He deserves a raise as we felt he went above and beyond to help us as best he could. Room was very clean and comfortable. And great location to activities. Please give Kunjan a raise…he is a very valuable employee for you at your hotel.

Very noisy, you can hear every time somebody opens and closes the door which didn’t stop till almost midnight and began again around 5 AM. Air-conditioning unit would not stay on nor would the fan and every time it shut off and turn back on it woke us up.

The gentleman at check-in was very helpful with our luggage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. We would have appreciated grab bars in the bathtub/shower. The room was not cleaned for our second day, even though we didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign on the door.
