Our family had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg-Walldorf! The property was spotless and well kept, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and a great start to the day. We booked the family room with two floors and two restrooms, which was perfect for us and our two kids—so much space and super convenient. The area felt safe and pleasantly quiet, and it made an easy base for quick trips to nearby towns. Free parking was the cherry on top. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm service.

Convenient location, short drive from Heidelburg. Rooms were noisy with the autobahn and boiling hot. The aircon doesn’t work. On a plus side there's a coffee machine in the room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very poor.

I enjoyed our stay here very much! Convenient for us with a car to get to Heidelberg and the town of Waldorf. The outdoor pool was nice. We really enjoyed the area around the outside bar beside the pool even though it was closed due to rain. It was a lovely relaxing space to have a drink and watch the sky.The indoor pool was a lovely second! We never got to use the sauna with our busy schedule. The staff was super helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was incredible! The only bad thing for us was there was not elevator access to our room. This made it difficult to get our luggage to the room and out of the room when it was time for check out. My mother was traveling with us a little older in years and the stairs are hard for her. Staff offered to help us when we went to check out since they realized that we did not have a way to utilize the carts with no elevator. The ice machine did not work so we had to get and request ice from the restaurant, which was far away from our room. It would have been nice to have a bucket available to have filled instead of a cup at a time. (This did not affect our stay or our experience just something to mention) We would certainly stay again, but request a room that was more accessible.

Reason for staying? - SAP is just over the field

Sorry to say but the hotel and it's furniture and amenities are very dated. There was also a bit too much dust in my room in various places. I felt like in the hotel from "The Shining", especially in the corridors :) Still, are you visiting SAP and just need place to sleep? It's ok.
