The apartment was perfect for our group of five. It was situated in a great place for visiting the glacier lagoons, Hofn, and Skaftafell National Park. The living area was comfortable for our group. Great stay!

We stayed in the family cottage which was cozy and perfect for our family of 4. The incuded breakfast was outstanding with fresh baked bread, home smoked lamb in 4 varieties, and more. We enjoyed the museum and the book-themed restaurant building. We are dinner here and it was great, though expensive. Overall good value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Hali Country Hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious homemade breads and freshly prepared lamb, with a wide variety of fresh and abundant options each day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we especially appreciated the all-day coffee and tea station available in our building. Dinner (at an additional cost) was also excellent, with the lamb chops being a standout. In the evenings, the views around the hotel were simply breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and we absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Hali Country Hotel during our road trip, and it was exactly what we needed. The setting is peaceful and scenic, making it a perfect stop to relax and recharge. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. After a long day of driving and exploring, it was the ideal place to unwind. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and everything about the stay felt easy and enjoyable. Nice place to stop if driving through and weather forces you to stay. Pretty ocean view. Really no amenities. Warm enough water for showering. Waited for it to get hotter as the sign said, but it never got to hot. There was a bus tour there when I stayed, so it wasn't quiet by any means. Staff was kind and friendly.
