Lovely hotel.

Hotel was lovely, clean & comfortable. Enjoyed the food in the resturant. Good to have the breakfast goody bag for those of us who have to get an early flight before breakfast room opens .

Great location for airport if you have a car

Great location west of International Airport and walking distance to 2 historic lighthouses. Recently built timber construction. Spacious rooms. Very clean. EOS restaurant was great. Try the lamb! Good and generous breakfast included.

A lovely visit with great views!

The staff was able to get us into our room extra early and the view was amazing - two lighthouses and the ocean! The lighthouses and the beach were a very easy walk from the inn. They were able to give us a breakfast to go when we had to leave before the breakfast was served. The room was lovely - wood finishes - and the bathroom was really great. The staff was friendly and helpful. A lovely visit.

The Lighthouse is excellent for a one-night stay-over before or after a Keflavik flight. It is about 14 minutes by car to the airport. It is in a very quiet area at the end of the Gardur peninsula. If the hotel restaurant is fully booked, as it was when we stayed, there is another within walking distance (wild and windy weather notwithstanding) - the Rostin. Unfortunately, it closes at 8 so if you're arriving later be sure to have a hotel restaurant reservation. There is nothing else for miles.
