The apartment had everything although there is questionable staining above the one window and lots of moisture around the window. Kitchen table has lots of scuff/tear marks in it which does not give the impression of care for furniture. Coffee provided are open and not individually packaged or sealed. The spare duvet for the pullout couch was also stained :( Water is hot and great pressure. Safe location

The room was clean. However, there is a gym directly underneath who do not care about the fact that it is a residential building. They BLAST music from 06:00 in their spin classes, as well as people slamming balls from the same time right up until 22:00. I was wearing earplugs and it still woke me up! I would not recommend if you want a good night’s sleep.

I stayed for a week and will definitely be back! Easy check-in, all the amenities I needed. Grocery right across the street. I had easy access into downtown as well as not having to fight traffic to get out of town to the countryside. Staff were quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. No noise issues and felt very safe.

We booked two nights but we didn’t even stayed there the first night. The apartment was not clean (the floor didn’t get cleaned for a while) . We got locked out of our apartment when we reached someone, they said the room was not at our name . They double booked the room to ann Guy. All our luggage were inside. Another guy was in the lobby speaking Spanish so we tried to explain that the room they were giving him was already ours and all our luggage were there. He got really angry and started yelling at us. We never saw a violent person like this. We were really scarred. We finally got a code for the apartment. We got our luggage and left immediately. We didn’t feel safe at all. Our 6 year old was really scared and we had to reassure him for 2 days… a real nightmare.

Everything was great except minor issue with dryer and smoke alarm going off in the whole building twice early am. Customer service is prompt and easy to get ahold of. Clean place and had everything we needed

Property is suitable for families, it closes to a famous grocery store called Bonus and about 10-15 mins to local restaurants. Room is big and clean, it looks new. This is a self check-in/check out apartment. It does not have a front desk. Property manager supposed to send you an email containing check-in instructions, room number, and access code one day before you arrive. In my case Property manager hadn’t sent me the email for some reason. I realized I was in trouble only when I was at the door, I couldn’t access the building because I don’t have the access code. I eventually got the room# and access code with the help of Aya, she was the housekeeper of the property on that day. The other issue is that on the last two days of our stay. The fire alarm occasionally triggered, it was annoying.

Lovely well maintained and clean apartment which served as a great base for our Iceland adventure. Only drawbacks would be noise. When lobby doors close they slam shut and it vibrates the walls. If you have heavy footed guests above you then you’ll hear thudding around. The building is also attached to a gym with zero thought to acoustics. They have 6am spin classes and were woken by really loud music a few times. The Blue Mountain staff are really helpful though and the gym did turn the music down a little. It is pretty quiet between 11-6 and I suspect if you’re on one of the upper floors you probably won’t hear the gym music in the mornings.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The property management was very helpful both before going to Iceland and during our stay. Parking was free and easy. The place was clean, and kitchenette was useful. We would stay here again.
