It is a basic but complete facility. Very convenient if you need a place to stay close to the airport. Staff is very friendly. Location seems a bit weird. In the middle of a subdivision? or an industrial area?

The room was extremely small about 10' x 12' roughly. The bathroom also small and the shower was challenging to close the door while inside it was so small. It was a clean room and comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very peaceful and quiet. There was loud bikes going by but mostly before 10 pm. Parking was easy. The guy here is wonderful and the cheerfulest and helpfulest guy ever. He made us feel very welcome. Conveniently 20 mins from KEF int. Airport and he was accomadating for our early morning flight in. We were able to check in at 10:30. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Good little place to stay if you have an early flight or a late arrival. Basic room but had everything we needed. To be honest the amenities where the same as the hotel we paid £500 a night for it just didn’t have the view. Very helpful host who showed us around. Great little grocery store just a few metres walk and the sea is just a few steps further. The bonus - this property has a great kitchen attached for guests use with a washing machine!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this guesthouse. The room was extremely small and cramped and the bathroom was no better — definitely not as spacious or comfortable as the pictures on the booking site suggest. The photos are quite misleading and do not reflect the reality of the accommodations. There is no swimming pool contrary to what the listing implies and the hot tub is not included in the price of your stay. The owner charges an additional €25 if you want to use it which feels unreasonable given the already high cost of the stay. The location is also quite poor unless you specifically need to be near KEF airport. There’s one restaurant nearby and a convenience store but that’s about it — very limited options. Overall, this place is severely overpriced for what it offers. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it unless you are in a pinch and just need to be near the airport.

The room was nice but very small (the bathroom was mini size but is sufficient) with a very good bed and pillow. No TV but a tablet was available to browse the internet. The location is a little strange, on the edge of a industrial park. We were concerned about this when we drove up to the hotel but the nights were very quiet and it is close to the airport which was the main reason for us to choose this hotel.

Too Small Room in Uninviting Location

We did a 16 day Ring Road tour of Iceland and this was the last of 10 hotels we stayed in. We were happy with every other hotel we stayed in. This room was too small for comfort. The bathroom was tiny; using the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. It is located in an industrial area with neither pleasant views nor useful services nearby. While the room itself was clean, the mugs for tea/coffee were not. They advertised a hot tub, but an email we received a couple days before check-in announced that if we wanted to use it there would be a 25 euro upcharge.

Accommodating motel

Quick stay for us — good space and shared kitchen area, they made breakfast for us for a fee which we appreciated so we could focus on our vacation. I was surprised there wasn’t a tv on the room. Shower doors took some effort to figure out how to use.

Not the best.

This is not a hotel in the usual sense. Rooms are very small and sparse. No grocery store that we can see. Only one small restaurant nearby. Too simple for my tastes. Would never stay here again. Overpriced.

Liked the community kitchen… great for eating take out as a family.. the room was nice… beds cozy and parking was spacious and readily available…. Poor communication on how to take advantage of the paid breakfast also appeared to have a hot tub but not filled or open… tried to get our room made after the first night but not certain how to make that happen. The local restaurant called Kim Yongs wings was great for takeout and the owner was very personable
