"Location was excellent with easy walking everywhere. However this building is very rundown and needs major upgrading and maintenance. The entry stairs are steep and dangerous. Our shower was nice but the doors came off their rollers. Cupboard doors didn’t close properly, furniture was inconveniently placed, the fan over the stove didn’t work, and there were no instructions for a microwave which was unlike any we’d ever seen. The kitchen did have a wide variety of utensils and the apartment was reasonably clean."
