Other things to note
Please hang the parking permit from the rearview mirror at all times. The permit is inside the unit and must be returned there at check-out. The HOA monitors parking closely, and vehicles without a permit or parked in reserved or handicap spaces may be subject to enforcement. A $25 USD fee applies if the permit is not returned.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, parking, linens, and towels are included at no extra cost.

A starter supply of essentials is provided upon arrival (paper towels, dish soap and sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner). The kitchen also includes salt, pepper, and a small amount of coffee to get you started. These items are not replenished, so guests are responsible for restocking as needed.

The apartment is family-friendly. A Pack-n-Play and Booster seat is available upon request 1 week prior to check-in.

An elevator is available in the building, with access to the gym and upper-level units.

Outdoor common areas and corridors are monitored by audio and video security cameras for guest safety only.
