The space: an 18 m² studio for up to 2 guests, all in one room with no separate bedroom. There is 1 queen bed in the main room and 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, electric kettle and coffee/tea maker, plus cooking basics and utensils.

Practical points: air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV; an oven in the kitchen; hair dryer, iron and drying rack; bed linen and towels. Self check-in with a key lockbox from 16:00 to 23:00; check-out is by 10:00.

Guests use the main room with its kitchen, the bathroom and the front patio with its outdoor furniture, and enter through the studio`s own private entrance. The key waits in a lockbox at the entrance; the arrival instructions reach you the day before.

You let yourself in with the key from the lockbox, any time between 16:00 and 23:00. Nobody lives on site; message us if you need anything and we will help as soon as we can.

This is a compact 18 m² studio in a residential building: everything is in one room and the shower is small. Maximum 2 guests; unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted. No smoking inside - smoking is allowed outdoors only. No parties or events, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00. A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in, as required by Greek law. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability - please ask in advance. Nobody lives on site.
