The sea in front of you
Villa Thoi is one of the front villas of the estate, so it looks directly onto the sea. The estate`s beach area, with sun loungers and umbrellas, lies right in front of the villas and is shared by them, and the villa has its own sun beds at the water`s edge.

Private pool and hot tub
The villa has its own fenced garden with lawn and flowers, a private swimming pool with hydro-massage jet and sun beds, and next to it an outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) for 3 people. The pool is fitted with an alarm system for child safety. There is also an outdoor sitting area and a charcoal barbecue.

Hotel-style services, family-ready
Your stay includes a welcome basket, cleaning with linen and towel change every 3 days, pool towels, and pool maintenance 2 or 3 times a week, depending on the weather. The reception is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00, with a concierge team for advice about the island. For children there are a shared outdoor playground, a Nintendo Wii, books and board games.

The whole villa is yours alone: all indoor areas, the fenced garden, the private pool, the hot tub, the veranda and the barbecue. The beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas, the outdoor playground, the vegetable garden, the breakfast area and the parking are shared between the villas of the estate. Keys are handed over at the Thalasses Villas reception, which is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00.

Please let us know your arrival time in advance; if you expect to arrive after 23:00, tell us beforehand so we can arrange the key handover.

Villa Thoi is set in the quiet seaside area of Pigianos Kampos, also known as Platanias, on the sandy stretch of coast just east of Rethymno. The beach lies right in front of the complex, so the sea is only a short stroll from your door. Everyday needs are close at hand: cafés are about 650 m away, a supermarket about 950 m, a pharmacy about 1.4 km and a doctor about 3 km. The nearest sightseeing spots are around 15 km away, making the villa a relaxed base for exploring the Rethymno area.

Heraklion airport is approx. 72.8 km from the villa and Chania airport approx. 77.4 km, so either works as an arrival point. Heraklion port is approx. 73.5 km away and Chania port (Souda) approx. 61.2 km. A car is the most practical way to explore this stretch of coast; there is free parking on the premises, shared by the five villas. Airport transfer and car or bicycle rental can be requested through reception, at an extra charge and subject to availability.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Villa Thoi is one of several villas in the complex, so please observe the quiet hours (14:00–18:00 and 23:00–08:00) out of respect for neighbouring guests. Services on request carry an extra charge and depend on availability, so we recommend arranging them with reception in advance.
