Beachfront, with a direct sea view: Villa Persi is one of the single-storey front villas of Thalasses Villas in Pigianos Kampos, with an unobstructed view of the sea and its own sun beds at the water`s edge. The estate`s organised beach area, with sun beds and umbrellas, is shared by the villas.

Private pool and hot tub: the villa`s own fenced lawn with flowers holds a private pool with hydro-massage jet, sun beds and a child-safety pool alarm. Next to it is an outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) for 3, plus an outdoor sitting area and a charcoal barbecue. Pool heating is available on request at an extra daily charge, for the whole stay, with at least one week`s notice. Hotel services included: a welcome basket, cleaning with linen and towel change every 3 days, pool towels, pool maintenance 2 or 3 times a week depending on the weather, and a reception with concierge open daily 07:00-23:00. On request, at extra charge: breakfast, private chef, massage, daily cleaning, excursions and airport transfers.

The space (60 m², all on one level): an open-plan living room with satellite HDTV and Nintendo Wii, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Doors open onto a veranda that links the living area with the pool and garden.

Practical points: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a laptop-friendly workspace and Cocomat beds. The villa sleeps up to 4 guests.

The whole villa is yours: the living area and kitchen, both bedrooms, the bathroom, the veranda and the fenced garden with the private pool, hot tub and barbecue. Shared with the other villas of the complex: the organised beach area with sun beds and umbrellas, a children`s playground, a vegetable garden, a breakfast area and free parking on the premises. With our gardener`s help you can pick and taste home-grown vegetables from the garden.

Keys are handed over at the Thalasses Villas reception, open daily 07:00-23:00. The reception and concierge team can help with local tips, excursions and services on request, before and during your stay. Please let us know your arrival time in advance; if you will arrive after 23:00, tell us beforehand so we can arrange the key handover.

The villa is on the sandy stretch of beach on the east side of Rethymno, in Pigianos Kampos. Cafes are about 650 m away, a supermarket about 950 m, a pharmacy about 1.4 km and a doctor about 3 km.

Heraklion airport is approx. 72.8 km away and Heraklion port approx. 73.5 km. Chania airport is approx. 77.4 km away and Chania port approx. 61.2 km. Free parking on the premises, shared by the five villas. Car or bicycle hire and airport transfers can be arranged at an extra charge.

Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00; keys are collected at reception. The villa sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, and unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted. No parties or events, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Quiet hours are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00. Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and no glass is allowed by the pool. Pool heating is optional at an extra daily charge and must be booked for the whole stay at least one week ahead. Pool heating available on request at an additional daily charge – please let us know at least one week before arrival. A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in.
