A classic 120m2 high ceiling house, fully renovated to a modern
3 bedroom bright and cosy house, ideal for families and group of
friends who want to explore the city of Rethymno on foot.
Located at a perfect neighborhood, just 5 minutes away from the beach,
10 minutes away from Rethymno's old town, 2 minutes away from bus stop
and very close to super markets, cafe, bars and restaurants.
The house is detached (so you don't have to worry about disturbing
the neighbors) and can conveniently accomodate up to 6 guests.
There are 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room
with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and one balcony.
Plenty of comforts, such as Excellent wifi internet, 2 smart Tvs, netflix, air-condition in all areas, solar and electric heater, washing machine,
iron, hair dryer, baby equipment.

Ein Urlaub bei dem alles toll war.
Sehr großzügiges Haus, welches mit viel liebe restauriert wurde. Platz ohne Ende, alles überkomplett vorhanden. Wenn notwendig ständiger Kontakt zum Vermieter. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zur Altstadt oder zum Bus. Für bis zu sechs Personen problemlos zu bewohnen. Vorbehaltlos weiter zu empfehlen.
