Absolutely stunning property. It has its own private blue flag beach with sun beds and beach bar service. There are loads of freshwater, saltwater, kids pools again with plenty of sun beds and bar service. Rooms are adequately sized, well lit, beautifully decorated and well maintained. Staff were polite, courteous and super helpful throughout our stay. Truely a 5-Star property!

Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests.

This was such an incredible resort. The staff is absolutely impeccable and their beachside/poolside service was amazing. The buffet was impressive and the food was absolutely delicious. I’d go back over and over.

Beautiful, clean spacious hotel, if you're looking for quality food high end restaurant and fine dining this is the best choice hotel, set in a great location, right on the beach, choice of villas and apartments with private pool, or room with a swim up pool, or just room without pool. Staff are brilliant, speak excellent English, such wonderful helpful staff, first time to Crete and would definitely return to this Crete and this hotel. Grecotel has its own farm which is included in the package, great trip to see how they produce local olive oil, honey, they provide you with many courses during the visit with delicious food and wine. The beds in the hotel and pillows are so comfortable, the rooms are spotless and room service every day, you have a fridge in your room which is replenished every day with soft drinks, tea and coffee facilities, beach towel and bath towels changed daily. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. The drinks available are branded and good quality, staff behind the bar are efficient as are the staff around the pool, offering you drinks and snacks when required. Young children's pool and activities which is all shaded, 2 main pools with plenty of shade and sunbeds, some in the water which is a lovely treat. Reception staff are very knowledgeable and so helpful, they want to please. Gym and sauna available onsite which looked modern, nice shop onsite The main dining room which is self serve had choice and great quality. Perfect All inclusive

Exceptional resort. The staff is outstanding, very attentive to the needs of the guests. Although it is an all inclusive resort, it should be noted that room service is NOT included as an all-inclusive benefit; you will have to pay for it.

This trip was planned for a “stay, relax and do nothing” vacation and it was great! We loved the hotel and the amenities! We wish they had more “splash pad type” water activities but still had a great time!
