Faethon and Aeolos eco-stone villas with amazing sea view

New eco-stone Villas with two pools near the village Gerani of Rethymnon, with breathtaking view to the Cretan sea and the village. Villas Faethon and Aeolos offer luxury stay in an Eco-friendly way of living.Villas have solar panels using energy from the sun and this feature makes them unique. The villas abstains 10km from Rethymnon and is 10 minute drive. From the Village of Gerani, villas abstains 1 km and from the intersection of Gerani of National Road Chania- Heraklinon abstains 4km (5 minute drive).

These Villas are constructed entirely of stone in traditional style with interior arches and stone staircases, by the engineer owner and are totally compatible with nature.Existing in an area of 2000 sq. m. with olives trees, herbs and vegetables. The Villas accommodate 12 people in beds and 2 more in sofas beds in the living room. The villas are united with one interior door.

On the ground floor there are: Two kitches with verandas south, two dinning rooms with veranda north, two w.c, two living rooms and the semi outdoors.
On the upper floor there are: Five bedrooms, the first bedroom with one double bed , its own bathroom and a large balcony with an amazing sea view. A second bedroom with 2 single beds which are united together and can be used also as one double , it's own balcony by sea view and a third bedroom by two single beds with mountain view. The fourth bedroom has one double bed, it's own bathroom and balcony. The fifth bedroom has one double bed and also it's own balcony. Also on this floor there are 2 family bathrooms.
At villa Aeolos, at the second floor there is the sixth bedroom with one double bed which can be separated and can be used as two single beds.

In front of the Villas there are the two swimming pools with sun beds and two external bathrooms in basement.
Outside, at the garden there are:two barbeque, outdoor furniture, a large parking place and alarm system. Also, there is so free space outside for walking or joking.
Free Wi-Fi is provided , in all places even to the pool.Ecological elements: The Villas are fully equipped with energy class better than compatible A++ appliances. There is also a large tank that gathers rain waters from roof tops to irrigate the gardens. All faucets and flash tanks have the possibility of saving water . Also the villas have a garden with biological vegetables available for our customers, com posters for vegetable residues and recycling bins.

The village of Gerani is a typical Cretan village , it has taverns, supermarkets, pastry shop,souvlaki shops, traditional coffee shops and pharmacy . Nearest beach at 2 Km. Chania airport is about 60 Km far way . Heraklion airport is about 85 Km far away.
