Self check-in with a lockbox, and a service desk in the same building all year round.

As a south-facing property, the space welcomes plenty of light throughout the day. The large doors take you to a spacious balcony overlooking the heart of the city.

The impressive kitchen with modern appliances, electric cooker, and dishwasher will make this corner your favourite. Here, cooking becomes a pleasure. It takes dazzling aromas from the fresh, local produce you can buy from the popular Thursday market, just 500m away from the house. The spacious kitchen space is subtly separated from the small, comfortable living room with the queen-size bed and closet by the windows. The bathroom with its modern shower completes this simple, yet elegant space.

Hot Water

To turn on the hot water, please check the main electrical board for the fuse with the grey button. Press the grey button, and the water will heat up automatically within approximately 20 minutes.

Please press the button each time you need to use the hot water.

Keys
The lockbox containing the keys is located next to the building’s entrance door. You’ll see “Urban Green” written on the lockbox. The access code is sent to you with your check-in instructions.
