Excellent hotel! Staff was friendly and professional. Big rooms, super clean. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and we stayed for 2 nights. We had a great experience! The hotel is OK. However, the breakfast (included) was awful and the service was terrible. I was in Resistencia for a family emergency and needed to relocate closer to a hospital. The hotel did not answer the phone when Expedia called to request a cancelation after I had stayed two nights (with four to go). Expedia later made contact with the hotel which flatly denied any refund. NEVER pay at the hotel if you have to stay there.
