A cozy, warm, and spacious house in Puente San Miguel, near Santillana del Mar, recently renovated and perfect for families, sleeping up to 10 people. The home measures 140 square meters, plus an additional 80 square meters in the attic.
It features 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en suite in the attic), a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, a sunny terrace with views, heating, Wi-Fi, private parking next to the property, and a small garden. It also has a noise detector, smoke detector, first-aid kit, and fire extinguishers in the house, as well as a washing machine, iron, and clothesline
The house is a two-story building with an attic, The first floor (140 square meters) and the attic (80 square meters) are reserved for guests, with completely separate access. It is spacious, sunny, and offers views. In the attic, you’ll find a spacious living room with a large window that lets in plenty of light and offers beautiful views; here, we’ve set up a reading area and some games for the little ones. One of the designated bedrooms is also located here, featuring a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, via a separate entrance, you’ll find the owners, who are available to provide any assistance or information you may need, as we’re usually at home. Here we have our farm, with a vegetable garden and our animals—sheep, goats, and chickens—always watched over by our Border Collie, Lassy, and our cat, Piña.
It is located in an area with excellent transportation links, 3 km from the highway A-8 and A-67 at Puente San Miguel, just before the entrance to the town of Santillana del Mar and its Altamira Caves.
You’ll also find Santander and its airport, Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, and the Cabárceno Natural Park just 28 km away, and Suances and Puente Viesgo 12 km away. Other charming places such as Potes, the Pasiegos Valleys, and the Picos de Europa are also close to our lodging.
